The Northern Santa Barbara County Bar Association has been formed to advance the science of jurisprudence, to promote the fair and efficient administration of justice, to encourage observance of the Rules of Professional Conduct, to foster cooperation between the bar, bench, city, county, and state governmental agencies, and to engage in activities within the community that shall serve the general welfare of its members and the public.
